These terms govern your use of wearandchill.com and any order you place with us. Geex Depot LLC operates this store from 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your shipping confirmation, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, an item that turns out to be unavailable, or an address we cannot ship to — we will cancel it and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Product descriptions

We publish the specifications our suppliers declare — momme weight for silk, fabric weight in GSM, fill weight, dimensions and fibre composition — and we do not publish figures they will not state. Colours vary between screens. Textile measurements carry normal manufacturing tolerance, usually within an inch.

We sell comfort, not medicine. Nothing we sell treats, cures or prevents any medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as a health claim.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, or to attempt to gain access to anything you are not entitled to.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logo and layout of this site belong to us. The product photographs supplied by our manufacturers are used with their permission. Do not copy them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you order is the version that applies to your order.
