Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is unopened and unused. This is our policy rather than a legal requirement, and we would rather state it plainly than bury it.

What we accept

Items in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with any seals intact. Send us your order number at store@wearandchill.com and we will reply with a return address within one business day.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot resell sleep masks, bonnets, pillowcases or bedding once they have been opened or worn, so those cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Think of who would receive that parcel next and the reason will be obvious.

This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described — see below.

Who pays return shipping

You do, for a change of mind. We recommend a tracked service, because a return we never receive is one we cannot refund.

We pay when the item arrived damaged, faulty, or is not what the product page described. In that case do not ship anything back until you have spoken to us — send a photo to store@wearandchill.com and we will usually resolve it without a return at all.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund within 10 business days, to the original payment method. Your bank then takes its own few days to show it. We refund the full price you paid; original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct there.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges as a separate process. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster than waiting for one parcel to reach us before another goes out.

Cancelling

Email us within two hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund in full, provided the parcel has not been collected. After collection, treat it as a return.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph it before you do anything else and send the picture with your order number. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. There is no restocking fee and we will not ask you to post a broken item back at your own expense.
