Shipping policy

Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

Where we ship

All 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses or to other US territories.

How long it takes

We process orders in 1 to 2 business days. Transit then takes 3 to 15 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 17 business days of the day you place them. Orders placed on a weekend or a federal holiday begin processing the next business day.

Some of our products ship from a domestic warehouse and arrive faster; others come directly from the maker and take longer. The window above covers both, so most orders land well inside it. Your order confirmation carries the estimate that applies to you, and the tracking email follows as soon as the parcel moves.

If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will email you, tell you the new date, and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund. You do not have to chase us for this.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating — that gap is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

If something goes wrong

If tracking has not moved for seven days, or the estimated window has passed and nothing has arrived, email store@wearandchill.com with your order number. We will either find the parcel or replace it. We do not ask you to wait indefinitely.

If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 14 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Customs and duties

We ship to US addresses only, and any import duty is paid by us before the parcel reaches you. You will never receive a customs bill from one of our orders.

Incorrect addresses

We send parcels to the address you enter at checkout. If it is wrong, email us within two hours and we will change it if the order has not yet been collected. After that we cannot redirect a parcel, and a package returned to us as undeliverable is refunded less the cost of return shipping.
