Privacy policy
Geex Depot LLC operates wearandchill.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and what you can tell us to do about it. It applies to this website and to the emails we send.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone if you provide it, and the contents of any message you send us.
- What your order generates: what you bought, when, and the last four digits and card type. We never see or store your full card number — our payment processors handle that.
- What your visit generates: IP address, browser and device, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
To take and ship your order, to answer you when you write to us, to prevent fraud, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you have asked for it — to send you email about products.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that make the store work: Shopify, which hosts it; our payment processors; the suppliers and carriers who pack and deliver your order; and our email provider. Each gets the minimum they need. We do not sell your personal information.
We also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep your cart and your session working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and you can decline them through the banner or the Your Privacy Choices page.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email store@wearandchill.com and ask us to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will verify who you are and respond within 45 days.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or another state with a consumer privacy law, you also have the right to know the categories we collect and share, to have your data deleted, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. Use the Your Privacy Choices link or email us. You may use an authorised agent, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly use or disclose the personal information of anyone under 16.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Analytics data on our providers' standard retention schedules.
Security
The site runs over TLS and payment details go directly to the processor. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold what we do not need.
Children
This store is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date below. Material changes will be announced on the site.
