Payment policy

What we accept

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

When you are charged

Once, when the order is placed. There are no subscriptions and no instalments unless the provider you chose at checkout offers them and you opted in. Prices are in USD.

Taxes

Any sales tax we are required to collect is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs charges on delivery: we ship within all 50 US states, DC and Puerto Rico and nothing crosses a border on its way to you.

Security

Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the method you paid with, within 10 business days of us approving the return. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. The refund policy sets out what we accept and who pays return shipping.

If a payment fails

Nothing is charged and no order is created. It is usually the billing address not matching the card. Try again, and if it fails twice write to store@wearandchill.com rather than a third time.
