Wear And Chill sells sleep and cool-sleep goods into the United States — cooling comforters, blankets and sheet sets, memory foam and contour pillows, and mulberry silk for the pillow and the hair. A small operation run by Geex Depot LLC from Lewes, Delaware; not a marketplace and not a warehouse chain.
Sleeping hot is a bedding problem
Most bedding is built to hold warmth, which is the right answer for four months of the year and the wrong one for the rest. A lightweight quilted comforter, a blanket that stays cool to the touch and a pillowcase woven to move heat are unglamorous fixes, and they work. That is most of what we sell.
Height and firmness, stated
A pillow is the one piece of bedding where the wrong choice is obvious by morning, and it usually comes down to height. Every pillow listing states the fill, the shape and the measurements, so you choose by how you sleep rather than by the photograph. Contour shapes suit side sleepers whose shoulder needs the extra height; a flat memory foam pillow suits most other people.
How we describe things
Every listing states the material, the measurements and, where the maker declares one, the momme weight of the silk. Where a supplier does not declare something, we say so rather than fill the gap with a number we cannot stand behind. A few of our silk listings say exactly that.
Where it ships from
Some items ship from a domestic warehouse and arrive quickly. Others come directly from the maker and take longer. Both are covered by the same window — 4 to 17 business days from the day you order — and the shipping policy explains the split rather than averaging it into a number that flatters us.
What we do not claim
We sell bedding, not treatment. Nothing here cures, prevents or relieves a medical condition, and you will not find that language on our pages. Cooler bedding is cooler bedding, and a pillow at the right height is a pillow at the right height.
