Fashion Frenzy Unveiled: See How THE GLOSS Gala 2024 Redefined Style with 120 Bewildering Looks!

Hold onto your hats and prepare for a fashion extravaganza like no other! This year’s Look the Business fashion show at THE GLOSS Gala 2024 was an absolute whirlwind of style and sophistication! With 120 jaw-dropping looks expertly styled by Catherine Condell, featuring the crème de la crème from names like Havana, Marks & Spencer, Avoca, Joseph Ribkoff, Magee 1866, Khan, Kildare Village, AndTate, and Louise Kennedy, the runway was ablaze with fashion magic.

Stunning models strutted down a 35-meter runway with chic textured buns, glossy skin, and perfectly applied make-up, courtesy of hair genius Christian Shannon and make-up maestro Dearbhla Keenan, both from Brown Sugar. Get ready to feast your eyes on the most exquisite ensembles crafted by Irish designers and retailers—think cozy tweed coats, sharp tailoring, and elegant dresses, all designed to be timeless treasures.

Havana opened the fashion fiesta with a bang, presenting designers like The Landskein, Simone Rocha, Maria Grachvogel, and Mary Katrantzou. The lineup included drool-worthy navy and grey houndstooth coats, sculpted corset dresses, and impressive trousers—all screaming festive chic. Don’t miss the stunning ruby print Chantal dress by Mary Katrantzou and the red Confessional dress by The Vampire’s Wife!

Over at Marks & Spencer, the focus was on effortlessly blending contemporary styles with timeless elegance. From elevated everyday pieces to dazzling evening glamour, their black faux leather biker jacket, black sequined jacket, and diamanté-trim bolero jacket were pure fashion goals.

Get ready for Avoca's expanded lineup, including Never Fully Dressed and American Vintage. Celebrated for cozy jackets and laidback charm, they wowed with a leopard print jumpsuit and a show-stopping gold velvet blazer from Second Female.

And then there's Joseph Ribkoff, celebrating 65 years of style! With coats ranging from faux fur to shimmering suede, paired with jersey dresses, flared trousers, and wrap dresses, this brand is a busy woman's chic best friend.

Magee 1866 turned heads with its use of classic fabrics like houndstooth and herringbone. The showstopper? A jaw-dropping orange tweed coat that closed the segment with a bang!

Over at Khan, the fashion boutique that’s been serving style for 30 years, clients got a taste of sleek suiting, sumptuous outerwear, and the iconic LBD. Irish designer Róisín Linnane’s dramatic circular skirts and taffeta blouses made an unforgettable impression.

At Kildare Village, the runway was a lesson in European elegance with separates from Claude Pierlot, Maje, and Sandro stealing the show. That Maje tan shearling coat and powder pink pleated dress from Self Portrait were simply breathtaking!

For a touch of Hollywood glamour, look no further than AndTate, by celebrated designer Sharon Hoey. Famed for exquisite dresses and skirts, each piece screams luxury with a modern twist.

And then, the grand finale by Louise Kennedy brought the house down. Her dazzling collection featured lean silhouettes and bold colors, with silk gowns and hand-embellished outfits drawing gasps from the audience.

The show wrapped up with fabulous footwear by Dune London, with one lucky guest walking away with a year’s supply of Dune London delights! Can you imagine?
